Shipping

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped as quickly as possible. PLEASE BE AWARE that this is a part-time, family run business and that orders, once all product is in stock, will ship as quickly as possible but are subject to delays created by the owner’s full-time job, or time spent with the owner’s young children. At any time after you place your order you are welcome to contact Waterloo Minis as to status of your order and shipment. Shipping will be done via United States Postal Service. Postage within the contiguous 48 United States will be free with your order; ALL OTHER postage will be charged to you at full but actual rates unless negotiated otherwise between you, the customer, and us, the owners of Waterloo Minis. In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 60 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order. You method of payment will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made.

Return Policy

Please contact us directly to discuss circumstances before returning any merchandise. All returned items must be returned in saleable condition, preferably in the original packaging and intact. Only items returned to Waterloo Minis because of our error will be credited to you. If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit return postage.
